 We are hiring qualified Alarm Dispatchers. This position requires accuracy and attention to detail.

Position Summary:

  • Provide quick and accurate responses when an alarm signal is activated.
  • Respond to inbound security alarm calls and notify customers and/or appropriate emergency First respondents.
  • Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to convey calm control while responding to individual customer needs.
  • Provide accurate documentation of all actions taken in reaction to alarm signal.


  • Verifiable references and proven outstanding attendance record
  • Type minimum of 35 WPM with excellent accuracy


  • Ability to sit while using computer and phone equipment for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work well under stressful situations
  • Ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus


Shift Hours:

1st Shift:  6:00am – 2:30pm (including weekends and holidays)
